Spa Etiquette is the expectations and considerations of the spa treatments at BNB.

9.00am to 5.30pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday
9.00am to 9.00pm Wednesday and Thursday
9.00am to 5.00pm Saturday

Please be aware that often we are on the road or performing treatments and are not always able to respond immediately to phone calls or e-mails. We will get back to you at the first available chance and appreciate your patience.
Out of Hours appointments can also be arranged for special occasions and events at the discretion of the therapist and must be pre-arranged in advance.
Minimum Fee
There is a minimum treatment booking fee of $35.00 for mobile services (which includes the treatment price).
Health and Safety
Allow more time on the first visit so that a consultation form can be completed.
If you are suffering from any infectious skin or nail disorders or conditions that will put our therapists or other clients at risk your treatment may be refused in the interests of health and safety.
The health and safety of our staff and clients is of up most importance and essential in providing a professional and reliable service. All our treatments and cleaning methods are compliant with the WA Department of Health guidelines for skin penetration procedures.
Please speak with our therapists upon making your booking or before your treatment if you have any concerns or questions.
Expectations
We expect you to arrive on time for your appointment. For your first appointment it is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes early so that a consultation form can be completed without reducing your treatment time. If you arrive late to an appointment it may reduce the time of treatment or inability to form the treatment at all.
Expect to be in professional hands. All our therapists are fully qualified and trained to the highest standard. Helen has qualifications which includes a CIDESCO Diploma, CIBTAC Diploma and Australian AQTF Diploma in Beauty Therapy. At Buffed Nails and Beauty we pride ourselves in doing our very best to provide a pleasurable spa experience that will leave you feeling relaxed and uplifted.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for purchase and are valid for 3 months. They are beautifully presented and can be customised to suit any budget or specific requirements.
Payments
At the current time only cash payments are available. Payments are expected in full at the time of the service. For group booking a deposit will be required to secure the booking.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We understand that sometimes your schedule changes but we require that you provide as much notice as possible, preferably 24 hours. If you continually miss your appointment then we will require an advanced deposit before securing your booking. For mobile service if you are not there when a BNB representative arrives then a fee of 30% of the treatment will be charged to recover costs of petrol, staff travelling time and out of pocket expenses.
Requirements
For mobile spa service we are required to have access to water for washing hands and some equipment. We also need to have access to a power point. All extension cords, accessories and cleaning products to be used will be supplied by BNB.
